Hello fellow military spouses.  The new school year is upon us and the children are not only busy with their school activities, they also have extra curricular activities ( i.e: soccer, swimming, tennis, etc.)   As you become the bus driver, toting your children from school and back, and then to after school activities, I encourage you to think about your own health standards.  Could you play a game of soccer with your children, or could you swim a lap in the pool? 

Military spouses, it’s time we better ourselves!  While we shuffle through the school year, I challenge you to make your fitness a priority.  Come join me, for one hour, on the beautiful lawns of Ford Island.  Do not be afraid.  There is a place for all fitness levels.  Together we will challenge one another to be our very own best!

  Mon/Wed/Fri @ 8:30am - $110 (free childcare)

  Tues/ Thur  @ 8:30am    - $85 (free childcare)

  ***Must have military ID and vehicle decals to enter Ford Island.***
